I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, but my adjoining room had a staff member's Grandfather who was deaf and had his TV blasting out. The service was the best part of my stay despite some miscommunication due to language barriers. The location was fantastic for exploring Phnom Penh, but there were some disturbances in my room. The dining options were not great, especially for non-Chinese guests.
